I have been in the music business for over 30 years. I originally started out in record distribution, which led to managing both large record stores and independent ones that catered to collectors of vinyl. In 1995, I began selling vinyl online. Since then, I’ve sold thousands of records to satisfied customers around the world. Throughout my years in the business, I’ve learned from old timers how to grade records accurately (and conservatively), how to clean and pack records properly, as well as how to ship quickly. My old friend and mentor, Rich (who ran a successful independent record store for many years) once said to me, you don’t make a sale, you make a customer. In applying this motto to my business, my first concern is your satisfaction. My goal is that you are happy, which means I have provided you with great customer service, and will hopefully gain your repeat business.

Although I am very “old school” in my love of music and vinyl, I do try to employ today’s technologies to offer you a better experience. Many of my listings will have sound clips for you to sample. I also use professional shipping labels with tracking to ensure faster processing through the mail stream and lessen delivery issues. In the future, I will post videos with information and tips that may be of interest to you.
