MILTON BERLE 45 EP w/ Hugo & Luigi Signed Promo letter 1957

Promotional white label promo EP which also includes a letter signed by Hugo and Luigi, dated November 8, 1957. Looking at it closely this appears to be a type written letter as there is an inconsistency in the letter W that appears throughout the letter. The Hugo and Luigi signature upon close inspection shows pen ink bleeding which appears to be an actual signature and not stamped. I am not an expert by any means on this subject but judging by the date I highly doubt this is a photocopied letter, especially with the green Roulette letterhead. A nice piece of memorabilia from this famous Brill Building  songwriting / production duo. Please click image above for a close-up view of the letter.

CONDITION: Cover is in strong VG+ condition with a little ring wear on back cover, practically near mint no seam splits or spine stress. Record is also in strong VG+ condition clean labels on both sides as well. The letter is in great shape except that it is creased since it was folded and inserted inside the 45 cover.
