CONDITION: Cover is in strong VG+ condition, with some outer edge ring wear mostly visible on back cover, also has the remnants of a small price sticker on the upper right edge that has been partially removed, without damage to cover, no splits or other issues, spine print nice and legible. Record is in beautiful near mint, pristine condition, from a private collection. The person I acquired this record and the few others from, basically played them once to record them onto cassette and stored them away. Check audio sample above.
